Milan, November 7 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 31 and November 4 it bought back 64,896 own shares at an average price of € 0.9810, for a total amount of € 63,660.82. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,927,021 own shares, equal to 16.1058% of its share capital.
