Milan, November 14 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 7 and 11 it bought back 100,944 own shares at an average price of € 0.9412, for a total amount of € 95,013.51. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,027,965 own shares, equal to 16.1185% of its share capital.
