CIR: UPDATED BYLAWS PUBLISHED
Milan, November 12 2012 – CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite SpA informs that the new Company Bylaws, together with the minutes of the October 29 Board Meeting which in the extraordinary part approved the changes introduced by Law 120 of July 12 2011 on balance between the genders, are available to the public at the Company’s head office and on its website www.cirgroup.com.
