CIR: RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER
Milan, April 17 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that Maria Patrizia Grieco has resigned her position as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect as from April 28 2018.
It should be noted that Maria Patrizia Grieco is an independent Director and a member of the Appointments and Compensation Committee.
CIR would like to thank Maria Patrizia Grieco for the work she has done for the Company.
