Milan, May 15 2009 – CIR SpA hereby gives notice that the Interim Financial Report as of March 31 2009 (as per article 154ter of Legislative Decree 58/98), approved by the Board of Directors on April 30 2009, was today filed with the company headquarters and with Borsa Italiana SpA.
The Interim Financial Report may be consulted on the company’s website www.cirgroup.com and will be sent free of charge to anybody who requests it.
