Milan, June 1 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 25 and 29 2015 it bought back 1,204,838 own shares at an average price of € 1.0693, for a total amount of € 1,288,346.27.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 77,343,080 own shares, equal to 9.7374% of its share capital.
