Milan, May 25 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 18 and 22 2015 it bought back 1,228,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0921, for a total amount of € 1,341,105.80.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 76,138,242 own shares, equal to 9.5857% of its share capital.
