Milan, December 29 2014 – Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 22 and 23 2014 it bought back 567,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8573, for a total amount of € 486,106.30. CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 54,403,703 of its own shares, equal to 6.849% of its share capital.
