Milan, December 22 2014 – Under the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30 and in implementation of the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 15 and 19 2014 it bought back 898,000 of its own shares at an average price of € 0.8345, for a total amount of € 749,377.30.
CIR S.p.A. is now holding a total of 53,836,703 of its own shares, equal to 6.778% of its share capital.
