Milan, March 23 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between 16 and 20 March 2015 it bought back 929,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0612, for a total amount of € 985,816.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 68,001,658 own shares, equal to 8.5613% of its share capital.
