Milan, June 8 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 1 and 5 2015 it bought back 1,120,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0424, for a total amount of € 1,167,459.60.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 78,463,080 own shares, equal to 9.8784% of its share capital.
