Milan, June 15 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 8 and 12 2015 it bought back 1,149,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0155, for a total amount of € 1,166,764.40.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 79,612,080 own shares, equal to 10.023% of its share capital.
