Milan, June 6 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 30 and June 3 it bought back 131,777 own shares at an average price of € 1.0709, for a total amount of € 141,125.20. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 125,003,537 own shares, equal to 15.7377% of its share capital.
