Milan, June 13 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 6 and 10 it bought back 186,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0856, for a total amount of € 201,914.60. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 125,189,537 own shares, equal to 15.7611% of its share capital.
