Milan, October 2 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 25 and 29 it bought back 216,720 own shares at an average price of € 1.3155, for a total amount of € 285,101.80.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 136,353,905 own shares, equal to 17.1667% of its share capital.
