Milan, May 16 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 9 and 13 it bought back 786,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0999, for a total amount of € 864,514.90.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 124,326,393 own shares, equal to 15.6525% of its share capital.
