Milan, November 27 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 20 and 24 it bought back 209,203 own shares at an average price of € 1.1547, for a total amount of € 241,564.66. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 137,682,627 own shares, equal to 17.3340% of its share capital.
