Milan, July 18 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 11 and 15 it bought back 87,857 own shares at an average price of € 0.9865, for a total amount of € 86,667.61. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,401,353 own shares, equal to 15.9137% of its share capital.
