Milan, July 11 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 4 and 8 it bought back 72,859 own shares at an average price of € 0.9321, for a total amount of € 67,911.18.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,313,496 own shares, equal to 15.9026% of its share capital.
