Milan, February 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 5 and 9 it bought back 345,911 own shares at an average price of € 1.1149, for a total amount of € 385,660.35.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 139,164,788 own shares, equal to 17.5206% of its share capital.
