Milan, May 22 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 15 and 19 it bought back 385,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.3819, for a total amount of € 532,025.90.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 133,177,746 own shares, equal to 16.7668% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
