Milan, November 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 19 and 23 it bought back 201,858 own shares at an average price of € 0.9080, for a total amount of € 183,292.05. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 149,170,292 own shares, equal to 18.7803% of its share capital.
