Milan, August 21 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 14 and 18 it bought back 40,488 own shares at an average price of € 1.2656, for a total amount of € 51,241.87.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,548,322 own shares, equal to 17.0653% of its share capital.
