Milan, August 28 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 21 and 25 it bought back 96,378 own shares at an average price of € 1.2985, for a total amount of € 125,144.08.
CIR S.p.A. now holds, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans, a total of 135,605,325 own shares, equal to 17.0725% of its share capital.
