Milan, September 11 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 4 and 8 it bought back 79,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2529, for a total amount of € 98,982.20. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 135,800,325 own shares, equal to 17.0970% of its share capital.
