Milan, March 26 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 19 and 23 it bought back 343,404 own shares at an average price of € 1.1334, for a total amount of € 389,204.74.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 140,843,804 own shares, equal to 17.7320% of its share capital.
