Milan, February 11 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 4 and 8 it bought back 290,180 own shares at an average price of € 1.0158, for a total amount of € 294,776.14. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 152,094,988 own shares, equal to 19.1485% of its share capital, net of the shares exercised under the stock grant plans in the period.
