Milan, May 23 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 16 and 20 it bought back 336,500 own shares at an average price of € 1.0895, for a total amount of € 366,631.40. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 124,662,893 own shares, equal to 15.6948% of its share capital.
