Milan, April 16 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 9 and 13 it bought back 163,028 own shares at an average price of € 1.0676, for a total amount of € 174,040.88. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 141,359,035 own shares, equal to 17.7969% of its share capital.
