Milan, April 3 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 27 and 31 it bought back 529,812 own shares at an average price of € 1.3868, for a total amount of € 734,727.50.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 131,245,890 own shares, equal to 16.5236% of its share capital.
