Milan, February 18 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 11 and 15 it bought back 294,160 own shares at an average price of € 1.0307, for a total amount of € 303,191.37. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 152,389,148 own shares, equal to 19.1855% of its share capital.
