Milan, April 14 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 10 and 13 it bought back 194,835 own shares at an average price of € 1.4413, for a total amount of € 280,809.14. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 131,775,725 own shares, equal to 16.5903% of its share capital.
