Milan, March 4 2019 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 25 and March 1 it bought back 219,621 own shares at an average price of € 1.0772, for a total amount of € 236,571.10. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 152,898,013 own shares, equal to 19.2496% of its share capital.
