Milan, May 21 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 14 and 18 it bought back 406,902 own shares at an average price of € 1.0923, for a total amount of € 444,458.72.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 142,612,738 own shares, equal to 17.9547% of its share capital.
