Milan, June 5 2014 – The Board of Directors of CIR S.p.A., during today’s meeting, has examined the state of advancement of the discussion in progress on the financial package for the subsidiary Sorgenia prior to the approval of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2013.
Sorgenia yesterday held a Board of Directors Meeting which examined part of the documents relating to its financial statements for 2013 and decided to adjourn the meeting until tomorrow morning, Friday June 6, to complete the examination and analysis. Consequently the Board of Directors Meeting of CIR S.p.A. has also been adjourned until tomorrow, after the Sorgenia Board Meeting.
