CIR: Company Bylaws with change of vesting period filed

2020 – CIR S.p.A. – Compagnie Industriali Riunite announces
that its Company Bylaws containing the amendment to Art. 8 are available to the
public at the registered headquarters of the company, on the website www.cirgroup.com
and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE.
As approved by
the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 29 2019, as from the 30th day
after the date on which the merger took effect (February 19 2020) the amendment
of Art. 8, paragraph 6, letters a) and b) regarding the extension of the vesting
period from 24 to 48 months became effective.
