Monica Mondardini (Cesena, 1960) has been Chief Executive Officer of CIR since 2013.
Within the Group, she is also Chairwoman of Sogefi (since 2015) and Board member of KOS.
She graduated in Statistics and Economics at the University of Bologna.
She joined the CIR Group in 2009 as CEO of Gruppo Editoriale L’Espresso, after an international career mainly within the Matra-Hachette group in France and later within the Generali Group, where she served as CEO of Generali Spain from 2001 to 2008.

2006: “Targa all’Italianità” awarded by Comites Madrid, reserved for Italians residing in Spain who have brought prestige to their country;
