Milan, September 21 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 14 and 18 2015 it bought back 997,121 own shares at an average price of € 0.8338, for a total amount of € 831,445.29. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 94,185,753 own shares, equal to 11.8578% of its share capital.
