Milan, January 9 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 2 and 6 it bought back 169,602 own shares at an average price of € 1.0712, for a total amount of € 181,675.36. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,776,204 own shares, equal to 16.2127% of its share capital.
