Milan, January 16 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 9 and 13 it bought back 110,156 own shares at an average price of € 1.0801, for a total amount of € 118,980.18. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,886,360 own shares, equal to 16.2266% of its share capital.
