With a view to giving the organisational structure of the Group even greater impact and effectiveness, a “National Press” (“Stampa Nazionale”) division is being set up to bring together the former “la Repubblica” and “Periodici” divisions.
General management of the National Press Division will be entrusted to Mr. Corrado Corradi, who has headed the Periodicals Division up to the present time.
Mr. Carlo Ottino, who until now has headed the la Repubblica Division, will take over general management of the Group’s Radio-TV Division, which includes the radio stations DeeJay, Capital, and m2o, as well as the latest developments in the television sector.
