Gruppo Espresso: Appointment of a Member of the Board of Directors
Rome, 18 April 2013 – The Board of Directors, which met today, has appointed Dott.ssa Silvia Merlo as a member of the Board of Directors, having assessed – with the approval of the Board of Auditors – that Dott.ssa Silvia Merlo is in compliance with the requirements provided by law and with the independence required by the voluntary self-regulatory code for listed companies. The Board has also nominated Dott.ssa Silvia Merlo as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
