Milan, April 9 2014 – CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A announces that the Board of Directors Meeting for the examination of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31 2013, scheduled for April 14 2014, will be held on April 28 2014. This postponement will make it possible to take into account any progress in the negotiations currently taking place between the subsidiary Sorgenia S.p.A and the creditor banks on the debt restructuring of the company.
