Milan, June 4 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, resolved to co-opt Francesca Pasinelli as an independent director, to replace Maria Patrizia Grieco, who resigned on April 28 2018 for personal reasons. The Board has verified the requisites of independence established by law and by the Code of Conduct.
At the same meeting, the Board also appointed Francesca Pasinelli as member of the Control and Risk Committee.
