Milan, February 6 2009 – In accordance with article 82 of CONSOB resolution no.11971/1999, CIR S.p.A. hereby announces that it will be publishing the Annual Report, Consolidated Financial Statements and proposed Statutory Financial Statements for the year ended December 31 2008 by March 31 2009.CIR S.p.A. will therefore not be publishing an interim report for the last quarter of fiscal year 2008.
