Milan, July 20 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 13 and 17 2015 it bought back 941,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9279, for a total amount of € 873,169.20.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 84,987,318 own shares, equal to 10.6998% of its share capital.
