Milan, October 26 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 19 and 23 2015 it bought back 1,182,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9549, for a total amount of € 1,128,679.50. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 99,573,526 own shares, equal to 12.5361% of its share capital.
