Milan, March 7 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 29 and March 4 it bought back 959,926 own shares at an average price of € 0.8780, for a total amount of € 842,781.04.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 116,109,691 own shares, equal to 14.6180% of its share capital.
