Milan, May 29 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 22 and 26 it bought back 260,893 own shares at an average price of € 1.3696, for a total amount of € 357,325.69.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 133,438,639 own shares, equal to 16.7997% of its share capital.
