Milan, March 13 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 6 and 10 it bought back 435,304 own shares at an average price of € 1.3499, for a total amount of € 587,619.84.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 130,586,094 own shares, equal to 16.4406% of its share capital.
